Here at Fanongo Mai we are all about raising awareness on child sexual abuse (CSA) in the hopes that we may be able to educate and help change the way our society responds to survivors of CSA. To make such changes we must first acknowledge that CSA can happen anywhere no matter the socio-economic status, profession, environment, etc.
Our children deserve to feel heard, seen and respected. Those that have been hurt by abusers deserve the opportunity to heal.
As a society we need to do better for one another.

I know that reporting stuff like this to the police can be extremely difficult. Nobody should be forced to do so unless they are ready because reporting a pedophile/perpetrator is just the first step.
However, I do recommend counselling because everyone deserves to heal and live a fulfilled life.
